Background

I have been teaching in UK higher education institutions for over twenty years. I have taught across all levels including Foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate. Although most of my teaching has been EAP for international students, I also teach undergraduate modules in British culture, global citizenship and intercultural competence and communication. I have supervised MATESOL students and PhD students in TESOL. My educational background is in English Literature, feminist theory and postcolonial studies and I have also taught numerous modules in these areas.
