Dr. Upeksha's research focuses on the digital transformation of construction, including the use of BIM, Big Data Analytics, and IoT to gain a competitive advantage. She also explores the circular economy, cost management, and the organizational culture of construction companies. Additionally, Dr. Upeksha has researched work-based learning and the health and wellbeing of the higher education sector. Her teaching specializes in Quantity Surveying, covering areas such as quantification, costing, commercial management, and cost engineering, with a commitment to advancing the construction industry.
