The Capital Projects team manages the refurbishment of existing buildings and the construction of new. Projects currently being managed range from approximately 瞿1 million to 瞿20 million. The team achieve the project objectives, to agreed quality, time and cost by careful planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project, using a structured method of project management, the Capital Projects Manual.

The team works closely with external consultants, advisers, statutory authorities, and specialist internal departments. Some external professional design consultants and contractors have contracted to a formal Partnering Framework Agreement.
